How can I change voice over language?

I live in USA but I want to play the game in Polish since it is my native language, please help

Hm, did you look into Steam options? Like "Available DLC" and all that? Maybe there are some packages there to be downloaded?

EDIT: Look in the Available DLC section, just confirmed that it should be there ready to download.

I found it in steam advanced options, had to right click the game and change language
