How do I install mods?

How do I install mods?

I have downloaded a mod and it says to put it in the 'Mods' folder, but I cant find one...do I need to create one?
Also I have 2 mods to install so do they require separate 'Mods' folders or can they go in the same one

Create it. ..\Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods

They don't need separate folders. Just pump those folders in "Mods"
