How do i know which version i got?

The seller told me it was the UK version, but i want to confirm it. What do i need to do? Can i check it using the box?I noticed that when i ran the autorun.exe, there was a text saying Atari Europe. Does that mean i have the uncensored version?

I would say: yes. Otherwise there would be Atari North America. The 'Read me' should also name in the last chapter 'Atari Euope'. I don't have a censored version. Maybe the censorship, resp. modified of the content is mentioned there :hmmm:

I have both the North American and UK versions (I used to have a friend in Scotland, who sent me his extra copy). All you need to do is look at the age rating: if it's the UK version, it will have an "18" on the package, whereas the NA version has an "M" and mentions age 17.

Or if you operate on Vista... the Games folder icon of The Witcher shows the rating statistics on the right side with system requirements and restrictions included.BTW, my one says M 18+ and a Game Required Rating of 4.0 - I wonder if that's good... must be as the game has never... ever... ever glitched. eace.S. - My friend's specs indicated his censored version as Censored in the options I mentioned above, mine did not as I did not have it. ;D
