How do I see responses from past submitted support requests?

I've submitted two requests but get no email confirmation of the tickets, just a big message on the support site that says "Your request was submitted." So far, it's been a black hole in terms of seeing any kind of response.

I either need some questions answered OR I need an account transfer from the Xbox/Xbox App to GOG.

Right now, I play Gwent on PC via the Xbox App. I want to pre-order/buy Thronebreaker for the Xbox, but I want to know:

1) Will I be able to play Thronebreaker on PC via the Xbox App?
2) If I play Gwent on PC via the Xbox App, will I have to wait to get the bonus Gwent cards until the Xbox release date?

No one seems to want to answer this question on the Gwent social media accounts either.
 
It might take a few days to get a reply, especially during busy periods.

As for your questions, if you have a Xbox account, it counts as a console account, which means you have to wait until the console release next month. This is probably also the reason why you want to transfer your account to GOG. I understand, but I do not think it's possible. Only support can give a definitive answer, though.
