How do i start a "Rebel! Rebel!" quest?

I finished "a like supreme", waited for days, walked around, but no call about next quest incoming... am i budgged or i need to do something else?

Most quests that require phone calls are triggered by hours. So for example if Judy says she calls you later, she will call you in arround 24 hours later.

I don't know what is trigger in your quest but maybe need to do something else first ? or maybe it's bugged.

Damn, I missed great song because this quest just didn't start. How do I trigger it now? I guees I'm stuck now?
