How do I talk to Johnny?

Hey Guys,

Look in the mission "Ballad of the Ravers" how am I supposed to summon Johnny to talk to him where am I supposed to go? This is so confusing.

I've been wondering about this too.
Had this quest telling me to speak to Johnny, but when I confront him there's no dialogue options.

Theres a guy sitting playing a guitar,johnny asks your opinion on his playing.

You've probably ran by him an not noticed and need to go back to the guitarist to strike up the convo with johnny, i've normally encountered the mission in kabuki market if that helps

when you exit jig-jig street there is a huge ass statue to the right and some stairs to the left
go downstairs and you will see the guy with the guitar

its the hotspot in japantown with the joy-toys and a shady ripper
wakako is in jig-jig street as well

just look up the fixer icon on the map in japantown
when you exit wakako´s office, turn left

Ended up having to redo my computer, so um, where is everything saved to so I don't loose everything again? I lost all my progress.
