How do I work the Mods

It's been a very long time since I messed with PC game mods and quite frankly I've forgotten how it works could some on refresh my memory on the what and how of TW2 mods/adventures

Most come with a readme that tells you pretty much how to do it and where to put them . Most will go somewhere in the Witcher 2/CookedPC folder . Just be careful if installing texture mods as some will interfere with others .

There are mods for TW2 but no adventures, because there's no tool kit for TW2; the only fan-made adventures are for TW1.

Ive now seen the lists of mods and found some that I like after I download them then what do they dl to the right spot by themselves or most I move them to the right spot?

You need to move them. There should be instructions with each mod, if you've picked them up at somewhere like The Nexus where the modder is supporting them and included instructions.

If it's compressed, you'll need to unpack it first, (unless it's dzip, which you DON'T unpack). Then move it somewhere into the CookedPC folder structure according to the instructions for the mod.
