How do you disable the idiot fist fights?

So the Witcher can kill monstrous demons and dragons. But a farmer can KO him in a few swings?

PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THIS MAKES SENSE?!

Fist fights are stupid and break immersion. Some quests can't be finished without them.

How do I disable fist fights?
Is there a console command to simply kill opponent, or even better. Allow me to use sword and signs.

Why would Geralt even allow idiot peasants to fight him. He should be able to just look at them to make them soil themselves and run for the hills.

I'm writing this after having tried to fight the farmers messing with the shoe shine boy in Toussiant for AN HOUR. Eredin took a few minutes.

If you feel like the quest is too tough, it might be a good idea to level up first before continuing it.

@stormfrog I feel your pain. There are very few things I disliked about the game, and fist fights is one of them.

Fistfights can be a pain, and I disliked them intensely at first; however, I found the key is to block and counter the enemy's blows. Keep those fists up.
