How do you post a poll?

Sorry, spent 20 minutes fiddling and still can't figure it out. I checked off "Post with a Poll" at the bottom but I'm not seeing anything in the preview

Yes, I checked that off, chose "10" but no new options appear after that wherein I fill in the poll options.

Do I have to submit New thread before I can create the actual poll options?

You have to press submit and then the next screen will give you boxes to fill.

Does anyone know if the forum has been fixed to let you fiddle with your old polls?

I don't think you can, though it's hard for me to tell. If you can't, I don't think it's a problem or that it needs fixing. Can you imagine having the ability to start a poll, people voting on it and then being able to change those options thus misrepresenting the results?
