How do you use rage management skill?
When in combat even at full adrenaline points 3/3 I cant use signs when stamina is not full.
Am I missing something here I thought I could use the adrenaline points to perform signs when stamina is low.
I took rage management skill thinking I could spam 3 signs when the adrenaline points are filled.

OMG im so nub.
I had not equiped the RAGE MANAGEMENT talent into a talent slot.
