I was testing the game after having installed 1.08 yesterday. I killed a few enemies and decided to take something from one of them, as soon as I looted him I got a notification that the quest was complete as well as the achievement associated with it.
It's funny, I didn't even know I had all the cards. In fact, I completed the game twice and I tried to hunt down every card I could each playthrough. The thing is I think I should have gotten the achievement in my very first playthrough :sad2:

Confirmed. If you already have enough cards, just modify your inventory by picking something up and the trophy pops.
