How i get the conversation about Saskia with Philippa?

I chose the Iorveth path in The Witcher 2, I saved Triss and didn't kill Saskia so i should get a conversation with Philippa about how Saskia broke the spell but i couldn't find it. I'm almost at the end of the game

Did you import your save game?

It should only appear if you imported your save game where you went with Iorveth, saved Triss and left Saskia under Philippa´s control.

However, there have been reports of people who imported their save game from TW2 and did not get this conversation

AND

Some people who freed Saskia from the spell got the conversation which I believe is a bug because it makes no sense for this dialogue option to appear if you freed Saskia.

I did everything. My question is WHEN you get this dialogue? In Jaskier's tavern? In Skellige?

I imported a save file with freed Saskia and got the dialogue as well but I don't think it's a bug. Philippa doesn't know whether you succeeded in lifting the spell or not. The way I see it Geralt wanted to be sure it worked and was trying to get it out of her.

As for where you get the dialogue, it's in Skellige, just proceed with the main quests as usual and it'll show up eventually.

I was unable to talk with her in the tavern. She was recovering from the fight with Dijkstra. I don't know what happened

I believe if you do all the Final Preparations subquests before doing Avallach's you're able to speak to her in the tavern, if you missed the opportunity you'll get another in Skellige.

If true seems a little dumb that Phillipa just lost control of Sakia when the war broke out, I mean if burning her eyes out didn't do it I am not sure what else could have.

She probably lied when she said that if you don´t break the spell with the dagger, Saskia will remain FOREVER spellbound.

She said it just so Geralt would help her to get out of that prison. The spell was probably quite fragile.

I got the conversation on the ship in Skellige.
Don't know if it was buggy in my case, or if is intended, but i only had the option to ask her, if Saksia managed to free herself of the spell.
The problem is, i indeed freed her of the spell with the magical dagger.
Therefore i'm a litte confused.
Was the possibility to free her in W2 totally ignored?

BTW i imported my save.

You've a litte conversation with Saskia after using the dagger.

As far as i remember she didn't seem "controlled".

That the Wither 2 in a lot of ways was ignored is a running theme I think, lot of people saying it is more a sequel to the books which isn't very helpful if true. Likely just the scope of what they had planned was too big for budget and time constraints of such a huge game so lots of little things had to be put in the DEAL WITH IT IN DLC cupboard I think.
