How many of the endings do you plan to try and get?

I know I will try for at least 4, then maybe try a permadeath run depending on how I feel about my skill at the game.

Well I am sure I will play the Witcher at least two times ( I am someone who takes his time so expect that to last 350h+). Still I only aim for one ending which comes naturally because of my decisions in the game. Won't play in ways which don't come naturally to me just to see other endings. To see other endings I will simply refer to youtube then.

I'm probably gonna try for as many as I can go for. Most likely gonna keep a notepad so I can document all the choices I've made.

Sorry folks.... can' t say yet... it depends on how disturbing some decision will play out.
If i go for all 36 or not depends on the feeling i get at certain critical points in the story.

So at this point i refuse to make a choice here :p

Hate to say it, but usually just one with any game.

I just don't replay games. In fact, it's an accomplishment if I complete any game. Haha - I have too many games not even played - it's rather sad! I should stop.

I'll beat it at least once no matter what.

Then, if the game's any good (and there are very strong indications that it will be, but you never know,) probably 2-4 times. Maybe watch an LP or 2 as well.

Well, if I've got time, and CDPR put in my hands an awesome game with surprises for discover depending of my choices... why I should to deprive myself to enjoy such a luxury? Of course, some saved files will help me avoid a bunch of repetitive hours ;)

I did all 14 end-game variations in TW2 twice, once pre-2.0 and again in Dark Mode. Plus a few more with the minor variations on who lived/died. Whether I do that many in TW3 will depend on how the decision points work, I don't think I would want to play the full game even CLOSE to that many times.

I usually play a game through twice in rpgs. The first time is the "canon" play through. The second is the completionist play through - where I allow myself to look online to find everything. I also normally end up with a different ending because with hindsight I make different choices to get what I think is the "best ending." I'll probably also choose to romance the other of Triss and Yennefer (assuming it's an either/or thing) regardless of who I end up going with in the first play through. So 2 is the final answer. If I decide to play through more than twice (which has happened with a few games (Mass Effect Trilogy being the most recent)), then it will be more.

I think people tend to believe that there are 36 endings in the game. There are 36 ENDING STATES and 3 ENDINGS,iirc.I assume that the ending state affects the ending and vice versa.

As for me,i won't obviously get all 36 ending states, but i will try to get the 3 endings.

I will play the game once and if it's fun I'll do another run. However, I'm not going to make decisions only to have a different ending state. I'll simply try to do it the way I feel it's right. And since The Witcher has always been rough on that I'm sure there'll be plenty of choices where I feel that multiple options would be the right thing to do, which means I've gotta do multiple playthroughs.

I did the 4 different endings of TW2 and the 3 of TW1 so I'll try to get the big variations, but will probably not focus on getting each specific variable different.

given the scale of this game probably one playthrough is gonna be enough to burn you out. (or maybe not, I'd be fine with that as well :D )
I will probably try to get a second "real ending" at some point. we will have to see how much different choices affect the world. we might be able to have different enough experiences more than two times, which would be awesome.

1. When I play a game that I make decissions my plan is to do the correct decissions, from my perspective.

At usual when I replay these games I have the same ending. :p

If we go all the way back to the The Witcher 1 which I have no idea how many times I have played I still cannot let the mob take Abigail even though I know she is not a saint. I see her as the lesser evil and therefor she is always my choice. And such is it throughout The Witcher 1 and 2 with the hard choices I almost always pick the same.

As such I voted 2-4 for The Witcher 3 but I guess two is the answer that is most likely. I simply cannot play a game and make decisions that I consider the greater evil (gray) out of two evils (grays) or many more. As such I will not play "out of my character" just to see another ending. I am sure someone will put all the endings on YouTube sooner or later and I will experience them there.

I did all endings for The Witcher 1 and 2 but realistically speaking this game is huge so 2 to 4. There is always option to come back later so 2 to 4 is not the answer written in stone ;)

I'm going to try and do all 36. I'm someone who replays great games many times, and since W3 will be awesome, I'm sure I'm going to spend a big load of time with it.

One, and only one. Every quest, taking in every tiny detail...and I'm sure the ending will be sublime. Although, it will never truely end. Stories this rich live on forever in our minds, and in our hearts.

Long live Yenn+Geralt.
