from this we know some facts : in "Baptism of fire" geralt was somnewhere above his 50 , so now he cant be older tahn 60-65 yo. PLEASE dont ever again try give him this ridiculous 100, andzej even say if witcher have for example 60 yo none give him more tahn 45so its not like im 100 im look 30

yeah its a bit tricky answer but from my native-understanding its show he is above 50 before 60.

My feeling is that he said specifically above 50 because that is when you are considered an old man, not just a middle aged man. Anyway it does seem that sapowstki did say donrt quote me on this so he likely didnt consider the kaer morhen massacre. again i think what he meant with the whole 45 average lifespan had to do with the dangers of the job so its rare for witcher to reach older than 65. but again that doesnt have to do with geralt age, it only means that geralt is one of those exceptional ones.
read torpeda post. thet thing is they specifically say that in the kaer morhen attack all of the mages that could concoct a mutation died in the attack. so unless there were 2 attacks it had to be that one. besides it is said geralt was already out there when it happened. about nenneke we dont know her age, she could easily be 120. her temple had a focus on healing and we know that there are people with some magical ability like iola who read geralt's future. i wouldnt be surprise if nenneke could have lived a long time. but say nenneke is yens age. that would work since yen is older than geralts. that would mean that if geralt was 10 neneke could be have been 20
