How the HECK do you find out facts / Quest numbers?

I've caused a mess with quest q106 (Towerful of Mice) and am hoping to change the facts of it via console.

But how do I find them? How do I edit them? Why is this info seemingly nowhere on the internet after a three hour search?

Help, PLEEEASE!
