While I certainly think the game has the potential for years of support, DLCs and expansions, I doubt we'll see it happen. The Sims series has always been a beast of it's own. It also receives it's fair share of criticism because of it's monetization efforts.
In all honesty, there are other games besides the Sims series that have shown that years of support/paid additions can be very lucrative. Especially if the base game has sold well, which CP2077 has. Yet, it's simply not the "traditional" way of doing single player games even if said game has the potential to see years of additions to it.
