how to back up my save file ?

im going to buy a new pc and i wonder how to keep all my cards and statistic when i will install gwent again

Everything is tied to your GWENT account; there are no save files. All you need to do with the new PC is to install Galaxy and the game, and you'll be good to go.

Thronebreaker also doesn't have a save file folder that I can find on my PC, so 99,99% sure on that.

You can find the TB savegames in one of the two folders below:
"C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\CDProjektRED"
"C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\LocalLow\CDProjektRED"

That's the one place I did NOT check. Well, sometimes 0,01% is enough.
