Oh yea i have found this too, really nice looking sword, kinda looks like a Rapier on the handle, i am using the Enchanted Griphin set at the moment,really nice i recommend doing the treasure quest.

Nice find and thanks for sharing and linking that video. Most of the relic weapons and gear look so awesome. It sucks they get so outclassed by Witcher gear so fast.
