How to get a working CD-Key for your OEM Version

Hi GUys,Im not sure if this has been posted or not but I have finally received a working registration code for my OEM Version of The Witcher. I originally contacted the registration support who at the time told me to wait because they were trying to work this matter out with Atari, they finally contacted me several days ago and told me that the issue was resolved and to contact Atari for my new key.To get a registration key for your OEM version of the witcher contact Atari using the folowing form:http://www.atari.com/us/support/supportemail/supportemail_form.php?productName=The+WitcherJust tell them you have a OEM version of the game, there is a cd-key written around the clear inside ring of your OEM disk, they may ask you for a partial bit of that as proof, but I am not certain as I sent them the partial key in my initial email.Cheers!

Thanks for the post. I had stalled on my attempts to get ahold of a key for my OEM version (came with my MSI GeForce 9600 GT).I too, have been impressed enough with The Witcher to purchase the EE next month when available.

I am eagerly awaiting the new patch 1.4 (EE) just like everyone else. But then I read that it's for people who registered the game, which I never did.So I go to register, but my serial is no where to be found. ???I bought a Geforce videocard about 6 months ago and it came with Witcher. I remember using the serial number that was on the sleeve that the disc was in when I installed.Does anyone know if the patch will be downloadable just like the other patches? Because if I can't find my serial.... I can't register and then I can't get the patch. :-\

do talk with ATARI about your serial code, the patch won't be accesible any other way

Hello everyone. I tried to register my game so I could download the Enhanced Edition today, but it seems I can't register.I received the game as a free gift from Newegg when I purchased my graphics card. The game came in a paper sleeve with nothing else. No CD key was with it. I have installed and played the game just fine. While registering it says the CD key is on the last page of the manual, but my manual is on my CD (digital) and there is no key.Am I out of luck for the Enhanced Edition? Is there any way around this? Thanks for any help you guys can offer!

I also got the game bundled with my video card (MSI 8800 GTS great card for the $ btw) and couldn't reg the game same issues no key emailed atari and in 2 days had my key game is now registered and im biting my nails waiting for the d/l they were awesome no hassles give them the numbers and stuff on your disk around the spindle hole like I did this may help them give you the right key and/or verify the copy of the game you have. Anyway, they are super fast in response and got me setup to 'enhance' my game :)

Just e-mailed Atari for my key. I have always like the company and hope I will have a good experience with them in obtaining my key.I will report back when they send it.

Ugggh. I bought a digital copy of the game from Atari's on-line store in March. Just e-mailed them for a cd-key to access the new edition. This process has been one ugly user experience from digging through pages of forums to find people with my exact problem to registering on these forums to finally finding this thread. I'll never buy another digital game again. I'll post again with atari's response.

Atari responded practically a half hour later with a working matching CD key. No problems or Hassles. Definitely recommend this method if you're having trouble with OEM versions.

Thank you for this, I just filled out a form for a CD key, but I'd imagine I won't be getting a response until at least Monday. :'(

Thanks for the tip. I also got the game with my video card from Newegg, and I've been waiting all this time just so I could play the Enhanced Edition. Hopefully I'll get a good response, probably on Monday.
