JOLEDO, I got the exact same problem. Someone posted a "fix" on page 26 of this thread but it doesn't work for me. Can anyone help us?UPDATE: Alright, you will not believe this, but quitting "Anydvd" in my taskbar fixed the problem.

Only until a fix comes out I'm sure. You expect them not to put it on Hard Copy? It helps combat pirates and can be patched out at later time (though I don't personally think it helps enough to warrant protection, often no-cd patches are out within days of release. i tried to install the patch and it fails on the authentication. i have already registered the first time i bought the game. when i click "profile" in the forums it says the member cannot be found??? do i have to re-register again? and what about that patch way back when that fixed the registration program? where has that gone? what do i have to do???
