How to get to Red Menace during/after the "Every Breath You Take"-mission

1. Go to Kabuki market.
2. Get to the elevator and got to 3'rd floor.
3. Jump onto the 'tent'
4. Jump from the 'tent' to the roof.
5. Walk across the roof and drop-down to where Red Menace stands, she's marked with a green circle/dot.
