INCLUDE TRAPS .......... simple and fun. Example:Geralt is walking around looking for a drowner to have fun with by killing him in 1 hit. But, if not careful, he activates a trap by stepping on a rope and a rock falls on his head, or...... he falls in a hole /full of poisonous snakes/.

Or a grand piano comes crashing down on top of him.

Have you ever seen the movie “Abominable”? He’ll snatch you through a window and break your back if you’re not going through in one go, that’s what he is going to do :B

Your fault if you don't fit through the window. He was just taking you out for a tea-party.

Thanks for that Seeker. Even the most timid of creatures can turn to violence if smacked in the @ss .

So on the end, how big forest should be :p

Depends on what the purpose of the forest is. If you go to the forest only to hunt a creature, it can be pretty small ( a quest length). If, on the other hand, a whole act is based on you passing through a forest, it'll have to be pretty big.

Moving on. What kind on animals should Geralt encounter in the forest? I don't mean monsters. The only non-monster creatures you kill were wolves in TW1. But shouldn't a forest have more natural dangers like, say , wildcats? And should Geralt be allowed to cook at campfires? He hunts a wyvern, grills the meat and enjoys a juicy wyvern stake,...instead of taking a piece of raw meat out of his bag and munching it, like in TW1. Geralt is a traveller. He should know how to cook.Thoughts?

There were wild cats in TW1, naked green ones even at that. Cooking, I don't know. Maybe he likes to eat raw meat, being a mutant and all..

Aah. but those "wildcats" were pretty tame, don't you think? In the books Geralt doesn't ever say "no" to a warm meal at a fireplace or an inn. If witchers ate their stuff raw, they wouldn't have a fireplace in their kitcher in Kaer Mohren. Also, consider this: Dandelion is traveling with you. You're in a forest, and he needs to eat. He can't eat raw, and if you let him cook, you'll soon have a poisoned bard you need to drag around, looking for help. Of course you need to know how to cook.

If he switches his potions for spices he'll end up fat, and in the belly of a kikimore somewhere. He'll have to make potions, but after that, he'll finish the remaining alcohol with a nice juicy slice of grilled wyvern instead of a lump of raw crap.

I wouldn't mind trying the koschey for lunch. If it tastes like a crab.... If the damn thing tastes like a spider though.... Others... TW1 enemies I wouldn't mind eating:1. Wyvern , C*ockatrice( should be like regular poultry)2. Archespore/Echinops (for revenge)3. Vodyanoi /Dagon (should be like fish)TW1 creatures I would mind eating:1. Frightener (it's a bug)2. Wolf, Dog, werewolf in wolf form ( not unless i'm really hungry)3. Mutants/mutated knights (not sure about the taste)TW1 creatures I will refuse to eat with my life:1. Bandits , Mages, Scoiatael, Knights, Grandmaster, Azar and Professor (...)2. Barghest/Hellhound/Wraiths (Ectoplasm???)3. Necrophages (need i elaborate?)4. Vampires /Striga (")5. Drowned things (")6. Bloedzuiger (too much acid)7. Golem (it's mud)8. Kikimores and centipedes(as the journal says, they're disgusting)9. Basilisks (too poisonous)10. Zuegl (there last to be a line drawn SOMEWHERE)

I'd taste them all :D I think archespore/echinops would make good soup, must be careful about the human carcasses though.
