How to make your own .bif files?

Hello!I'm new to the game mods and I was wondering how you can make your own .bif files? I can extract them using various programs, but none seem to have ability to repack them. So even if I change/remove some content, I'm not able to repack/make a .bif file and implement those changes in a game. So, help needed Hope I did articulate my problem clear enough. Cheers!

You don't need repak them, simple throw files to Data\Override folder and start game.

What software unpacks/views/whatever .bif files? Where can I find it?Thx in advance,T.

Try a search for UnBIFHaven't the URL but i found it with no problems with google
