how to refill potions

i cant brewanother swallow- says i have it. but it is 0/3.

Potions automatically refill when you meditate as long as you have a strong alcohol in your inventory.

meditate while you have hard alcohol like alcholest or dwarven spirit on you. Alcholest is often found as loot.

how do you repair gear?

Go to a blacksmith and click right above your inventory to switch to the repair screen or by weapon/armour repair kits if you need to repair in the field. Whenever I upgrade a sword I always keep my last one as a spare in case my main one gets damaged and I don't have any repair kits.
