How to reset skillpoints?

I'm 15 hour into the game and still havent' found a way to reset my skillpoints. I heard there is some potion? Where do I find it? (Velen/White Orchard)

I don't wanna start a new thread just for this so I'm just gonna go ahead and ask here:

I've seen Geralt's Igini working like a flamethrower in videos, but I've maxed out Igni 5/5 and it still works the same as it did when I started the game. How do I obtain the 'flamethrower Igni'?

You maxed 1st Ignii skill (the one that melts armor), please note that there are 4 tiers of skills for every Skills Branch. "Flamethrower" is in 2nd tier of Signs Branch and it's called "Firestream". You must spend at least 6 points in Signs Branch to unlock 2nd tier. You can freely navigate in Skill Tree and learn about next benefits of your skills.
