How to win games?

Hello everyone, I've just started playing Gwent and have been enjoying it so far. I have read some stuff online and went for a single faction at the beginning and went all in for the factions kegs. Going for Scoia'tael, I used all my keys on story nodes and opened kegs for this faction. Now I feel like I am doomed, reading all other factions are much better, and having all my cards in this, being unable to create a meta deck, only a semi viable one, I am unable to win games. I win like 1 out of 5 of them, and it seems like every enemy player has a solid deck that is viable.
How should I proceed? Am I doomed? Should I create another account, start over, and go for one of the other factions? I see Northern Realms getting mantioned a lot. Looking forward to your replies. P.S: I also tried to look for what I can do with the faction and cards that I have, and only viable option seems to be keep losing, trying to get 4000 more scraps and get a meta deck?Thanks a ton!

Mate, Gwent takes a bit of time to learn the cards and synergies. I can tell you from experience, it is totally possible to win many games even if you did not unlock all cards.

With SC faction you can try to build around Elf Deadeye that doesn't have tall cards that opponent can remove and fills the board very quickly (obviously, use all elf synergies). Harmony deck could also be very powerful and carry you over 100 points in a round.
