HUD bug in vehicle PATCH 1.21

Hello, I have this bugged HUD interface when I enter vehicle. Have anyone idea how to get rid of it?

And Reload a save don't fix it ?
Nothing miraculous, but if you have a quest with loading screen or BD (like "Sweet Dream", "I fought the law"), you can do it and it will fix your problem.
And you can report it Here. It's a pretty ennoying bug
