Such things are done withing a week or less after release.
And I didnt say that I dont want it because modders can do it. I said, PC players shouldnt worry about these things cause they will get it either way...

That is fine and dandy for PC players, but I want to enjoy this option on consoles too. If cdpr thinks these options are pointless, they are so missing the mark.
At the very least let us disable everything but Geralt's fading healthbar. That means NO enemy healthbars on screen or their damm names floating above their ugly heads. Plus NO min map and text under it reminding me what to do, I can just pause and check my map and quest details on my own thanks.
For the love of ART give us these options CDPR Team
