Playthrough? From some reviewer? Or amateur stuff? How can anybody have finished the game yet?

@Marcin Momot @Burza46 I don't mind exploits, never used them before, but that should be fixed.
EDIT: TO MAKE IT ALL CLEAR FOR YOU - I never used exloits before, and never will. It's also not fun to me. It's just a good way to get some money after you beat the main game and spent all your money on the runewords. I don't plan to farm money forever, did it just couple of times to show this to you and Reds.

I did notice a lot of quest item duplicates have appeared in their respective containers...
You don't say Other things that kill immersion are having to fast travel back and forth between Skellige to slay enough drowners to get at least 4-5 greater red mutagens. Took me 8 hours to get enough lesser red mutagens to have 10 free greater red mutagens to get ready for B&W.
