i bought the witcher 3 GOTY 2 years ago and now my DLC of B&W and Hearts of stone is gone

so yeah i play the witcher 3 in 2017 it was really2 good after that im not playing the game anymore till now. after watching the witcher movie. i really want to play the game again. as soon i realized after launching the game. i remembered i bought the witcher 3 GOTY with 2 DLC include become "The witcher 3 wild hunt" and my 2 DLC gone. it only has 3 dlc which is
"alternatively looking for yennefer,triss and ciri"

i tried to launch the game and press continue but it says :

You are missing the following downloadable content
required to open this save :

• Blood and wine - Expansion pack
• Hearts of stone - Expansion pack
• Beard and Hairstyle set
• New quest - "contract: missing miners"
• New quest - "Fool's Gold"
• NEW GAME+
• New quest - "Scavenger Hunt:Wolf school gear"
• New quest - "Contract:Skellige's Most wanted"
• New quets - "Where the cat and wolf play..."

i also already tried delete the DLC folder and verify the game which is from another forum to fix the DLC missing but its not working..

Here‘s the official info from the support website regarding missing dlcs:

Keep in mind that the GOTY version already has all dlc‘s and expansions installed. Are you sure, you have the GOTY version and not just the normal version? If you have the normal base version of the game, you need to install the dlcs and both expansions manually from the steam store.
