I cannot load my Witcher 3 cross save on Steam

I have Withcer 3 4.04 on both PS4 and Steam. While my PS4 save have been uploaded on cloud and my Steam could see the exact save, I cannot load it successfully.

It's always loading and loading, but the game does not launch.

Yes, I do. The thing is that I can exactly find the save from my PS4 on my loading screen of my Steam game.
And I ocassionally opened that save once but unforunately I didn't save it locally on my Steam, then I tried hunderds of times to reopen and didn't succeed once again.

So what should I do? I have my PS4 version of this game in 2015 and the save was finished in 2016 after finishing Heart of Stone and Blood and Wine. I really want a New Game Puls on my steam continuing my old save.

2016 is most likely too old as crossplay is a newer feature. The most likely scenario is probably that you need to make a newer save game.
