I can't craft literally any premium card

I tried crafting multiple premium cards but the game simply doesn't give me the craft option. It works on non-premium cards.
Is this a problem or i'm missing something?

You can check the announcements on this forum for more details, but basically - because of recent changes to the game economy - you cannot craft premium cards using scraps anymore.

Only by having Meteorite Powder can you craft premiums right now.

You can only transmute normal cards into premium. You can't create premium from zero.
