I can't download the new patch problem with the cloud

Problem with the cloud I am unable to download the 17 GB pc update the synchrosination with the cloud has constantly been a problem and it has been almost since the game was released. How can I do this? I tried several solution remove galaxy.db check the firewall the antivirus ... But nothing helps, it tells me that the cloud is overloaded ... how can I download the new 17gb update please. Thank you !

If it says its overloaded then probably means too many people are downloading update at the same time and whichever console you use, have not allocated enough bandwidth to allow everyone to download at once.
