I can't find any sandevistan on my game

There is no sandevistan on any ripper doc nor on the loots from the YT tutorial

need help, the guides says at level 10 they should start appearing on ripperdoc

Dynalar Sandevistan and Zetatech Sandevistan should be available upon reaching level 10.

Are you sure you're checking in the right place at the Ripperdocs? They are an Operating System cyberware, so would be in the same slot as your Cyberdeck.

Yeah, the first Sandevistan should only appear after level 10 in all reaperdocs since they all have the same inventory now.
Do you have a screenshot of operating system cyberware at Viktor or any other reaperdoc?

Why did they do that? I have no insensitive (sic) incentive now to search for more hidden Docs (Dr. not paper). Was there issues with killing a DOC then locking yourself out of the inventory item?

It would be because of their changes to itemization and the whole level scaling stuff.

Before, Rippers and Vendors all had specific stuff in their inventory. Each with specific rarities (Which did mean that in Act 1 you could run around and get a full set of T5 Legendary gear before level 10)

With the change to level scaling they swapped inventories to level scaled stuff. But made them more generic so they all have the same inventory (Weapon vendors at least have some RNG as to what is in their stock, but the rarities will all be the same based on your level)

As such, all Ripperdocs have the same stuff available (Besides PL Ripperdocs, whom have the PL Iconic Cyberware available in addition to the regular stuff)

Got the fix

I have loaded an old save file and it has the sandevistan on the ripperdoc and also at lootboxes. I lost some progress but ill just move on from here. dont really know what happen on the other progress i got
