I Cant Get My New Game + to get past the opening cinematic

I suck at explaining things typing so I used my xbox game dvr to record and explain what i am experiencing. I have been trying to figure this out for 3 hours. I just gave up and said F it!! PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO HERE!! I beat the game like 3 times this is B.S!!!!! Thanks for helping. Please dont spam my thread.

Nobody knows why its doing this? I cant be the only one experiencing this

Ill just paste this in here:

there's something you're carrying that makes this happen.
Try putting everything you are carrying in a stash (you'll get it back at the first town in NG+) and make a NEW SAVE,
don't overwrite an old one. And then start a NG+. It should work just fine.

It worked for a lot of other people with the same problem. Good luck
