I can't launch The witcher 2

Hello, I have the physical DVD of The Witcher 2 and I can't launch it. When I enter the activation code, it says "Connection error. Try again in 10 seconds." Thank you for your future response.

If you didn't, I suggest to directly send a ticket to the support ("contact us" button). You can change the language at the bottom if you want to.

I don't know if you managed to solve your issue, but I had the same problem and here is how I solved it :

Download the patch files from CDprojekt website :

Also download at least one language pack at the bottom of the page.
install manually the Enhanced Edition patch, then the patch 3.1 ; 3.2 and 3.3, and it should work.

I had the same issue again while trying to download the patch 3.4 from the lkauncher, but nevermind, the game works without it.
