There is bug in Get Junior mission that Roche is stuck at the camp near fire. Meet Roche by the bridge in Oxenfurt- but he isn't there.
New Witcher 3: Wild Hunt v1.4 didn't fix this problem. I am stuck and this is main story quest.

Fixed issue where Roche was not present at Hanged Man's tree during Eye for an Eye quest :S pls we need Meet Roche by the bridge in Oxenfurt.
