I did buy the cyberpunk on my Xbox one but now it's broken and I don't know how to transfer it to my Xbox One s

I did buy the game on my Xbox One and I completed it but I don't know how to transfer it to my Xbox One s and I can't get in my Xbox one because it's broken and I think it's gone forever and I don't know what to do (and my old account was facelizard2606)

that’s the support info regarding save games transfer between xbox consoles
(if need be, you can contact them by clicking on “contact us”)

But if the save games are not in the cloud and you can‘t access your old console I don’t think this will be possible,

What do you want to transfert?
Your saves?
> All your saves on Xbox are stored on the xbox cloud (for free), so as long you are connected on your Series S (or One S) with the same xbox account as on your Xbox One, when launching the game, all your saves created on your Xbox One will be downloaded automatically and available.
The game?
> If it's a physical copy, you won't be able to, since One S (like Series S) don't have a disk drive.

Some ideas:
- CD Projekt Red: as stated above, contact support and they may be able to help you out
- Microsoft: same again, I'm not familiar with cloud storage protocols, but they may help you out.
- Third Party: A data recovery service. This would be a long-shot, and probably expensive.

If I understand your OP correctly, you created a new account when you activated the XBox One S? The old account on the XBox One was "facelizard2606"?

If so, that's most likely your problem. Games are saved according to the account they were played under. Try logging into your XB1S using the old facelizard account.

Except if it's a physical copy and a Xbox One S Digital Edition (no disc drive).
If it is, it's the same as with the Series S. Without a disc drive, you simply can run the game from a disc nor install it on your console. Only solution is to sell your physical copy and buy the game on the Xbox Store.

Even saved games are not synced with a cloud storage backup? (I don't own a console; I have no idea where all of that stuff has gone.)

Your saves and settings, yes. they're stored on the cloud (for free). So except if you lost access to your Xbox account, everything should be transfered from your old console super easily, no problem (exactly like Steam if you buy a new PC. Super easy, as long as you are able to connect your Steam account).
The only way, to not have access to a game you owned, it's if you owned a physical copy and your new console don't have a drive (digital edition). In this case, well... you're screwed.

Ah, the famous last words! :coolstory:
Yes, it should..., in theory..., of everything work as intended..., if nothing goes wrong :D
I don't make a generality with my own experience, but I've changed consoles often enough to know that all you have to do is log back into your account for everything to return as if nothing had changed (saves and game settings are downloaded and installed automatically the first time you launch a game).

Well if you want to go back to Physical i suggest you look in to buying a Series X ,but not right now as extreme tarriff and Customs and IMPORTS DUTIES ON ALL ELECTRONICS ARE STEEP , that is unless you look at a pawn shop or something or even retro gaming stores I am extremely lucky as I bought my series X back in 2022 used at my local gaming store as the individual bought it brand new and only had it a year and probably needed to pay some bills as it was $400 US when I boutght it now it is about double that starting around $699 so in some states that might just raise the price close to I am estimating $1,500 mirroring the price of a brand new Flat-screen tv! I am NOT JOKING ABOUT THE FEES AS THEY ARE ABOSLUTELY BLOODY REDICULOUS AND THE SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE ILLEGALLY ADDING ON OUTRAGOUS AND ILLEGAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES as one lady bought cosmetics and it ended up being an almos $800 fee for steel and aluminium and even your beer and soda are being hit with aluminum fees increase as a 36 pack of Coors in Wisconsin is almost $25!
