So from what I know, the only bundle sold at release which included the upcoming paid expansions (expansion with "s" because at time, two were planned) was on Xbox One X (bundle they refunded because the expansion isn't available on Xbox One). On any other platform, this wasn't the case and so, expansion wasn't included.
The expansion was included later (december 5th 2023), in the Ultimate Edition on all platforms.
I'm quite confident you simply own the base game which do not include the expansion, but you can directly contact the support if you want. Not sure if there is a dedicated category, but this one should be fine ("contact us" button).
