I found something weird

I looted this "Inner Torso" item, rare quality (Purple), It looks like it's supposed to be a shirt & Jacket combo, maybe an iconic or legendary item, It has stats if I equip it. But it shows as nothing, If that's what I'm wearing the chest slot shows a bare chest. The item has no name.

I found this on PS5 so there are no mods or anything that could cause this. I'm curious if anyone else has come across this. I'm assuming it's a bug, or maybe an item meant for a future dlc/release that is unfinished and somehow dropped with a body when it shouldn't have. Screenshot is below.

It's not a big issue it doesn't seem to have hurt my save in anyway, it's just odd. I'll probably report it directly to support as well so they know about it

It's most certainely an item addeed by "mistake", because I'm sure it's Goro jacket+shirt

Found an Inner Torso that glitch in the wardrobe: When i add it, the "glitch transition" when equipping stay a lot longer then the inner torso isn't visible:
