I had to break in Regina's apartment and none was there

Early in the playthrough I installed Immersive Fixers which makes the introductions to some of Night City's Fixers a little less abrupt, and a little more immersive. The first thing it skips is that one call when Regina introduces herself, and instead, Wakako sends V the message that they and Regina should meet in person at Reginas' appointment. So I went to the Reginas' apartment, but the intercom was not working. I press the button and it goes Call....Calling...Busy. I uninstalled the mod thinking that it might be the culprit and it was gonna fix the problem, but it didn't help.

When Regina called to reward me for dealing with cyberpsychos I expected that the doors would be opened, but they were still closed. I managed to unlock the door with a mod, but the apartment was empty. There was no Regina nor her associates to be found.

I have no idea what to do, is there some way to summon those NPCs in the apartment?

Might be possible. You can ask around in the Modding pages for info. Probably not a great idea to do it that way, though. It could bork the quest down the road. Moving post.

Better bet will be to see if it happens in vanilla (start a new game in an empty save slot). Then try removing/disabling the mods and load your original game. If either or both of those work, it's likely you have a mod conflict somewhere in the mix.

Soo, I was regularly checking Regina's hideout and she and her pals appeared after I completed all of her gigs, and on that occasion she gave me the reward for dealing with cyberpsyhos.
