I have a micro stuttering problem after 2.3

+
Hello people

Eventough i wrote to technical help mail, i want to know if other people has the same problem or not. Game started to micro stutter after i updated to 2.3. Its kind of weird effect. Feels like between 2 frames motion stutters and slows down, after that its back to normal. Something similar but a little bit severe version happening if i update amd chipset 7.06.02.123 (i use b650) but this is not related with current situation.
In current situation happened after i update the game to 2.3 anybody having the same problem?
Note: If you you use amd card and having game crash you might want to rollback Adrenalin 25.3.2 it solved my crash problems before this.
Thank you.

Note: Problem is kind of solved when i delete it completely and reinstall it, but if you activate fsr 3 it comes back and you cant get rid of it later (i cant find the solution yet and my internet connection is bad i cant bare to download it again. waiting for next patch i guess)

Probably the same problem here. I'm going back to 2.2 because 2.3 stutters and has worse performance.

GPU: RX 9070 XT with latest drivers

@devivre i wrote them the first time 2.3 had released. Unfortunately i am also aware how 2.21 was working beacuse i play cyberpunk almost everyday. Also a fun fact, cyberpunk benchmark is different than running game. Especially game goes hard if you get into dogtown. I cant really remember but probably the best perfoming version was 2.13 or 2.2. But i cant downgrade because i bought it from epic store. In dogtown when you pass in front of the blue sapphire there is e certain area game fps plummets. Maye i notice more because i have a 8gb entry level gpu.

The 2.3 Update definitely broke my previously reliable setup. The game became completely unplayable. I experienced massive frame stuttering and audio crackling.

I used DDU to uninstall my old drivers, then I installed a new driver that was released after the 2.3 update. It seems to have solved the issue I was having, but it still feels like performance is worse than before 2.3.

It's a shame that they continue to update this game, instead of making it playable for as many people as possible.

Still not fixed in 2.31 and unplayable for me! I reported it to the CDPR Technical Support 1,5 months ago and it got a ticket, but got no further info about this serious problem.

I got an info, that they got a ton of money to replace the perfectly working D3D12MA memory management of the engine and that's why it is bad, but they do not care, because hey, money above all. It can take more weeks or months before they can fix it, because this solution is worse that was used before. Companies are getting more and more disgusting in the gaming industry. They do not care about gamers and sometimes happily destroy a perfectly working game. CD Projekt RED is the next company that decided that gamers are not a priority and they can release untested half-assed patches, because they can :(

I also have this. It is worst in Dogtown.
I hope they do not add new content with the next patch. but just performance optimization.
