I have an issue...My built terrain is not showing up solid

When I modify my terrain my modifications are see through and do not show up as solid matter has anyone else had this problem and can help me fix it

After every change of the terrain or after adding new meshes, you have to create new navigation mesh. As long as you don't do this, there will occur bugs with a collisions.
