I have completed all the jobs, side jobs and gigs in watson. Do they eventually repopulate?

I am really hoping they do because the game will become quite boring if there is nothing to do after all the jobs and gigs are done =(

Can't find some side jobs in game too. They don't show on the map and it's like you have to specifically go to certain hidden locations to find them to trigger them.

no. Restart new playthrough or play something else ;P

Play non lethal and don't loot the mission bag. That way you can go back to it later, and the city stays a bit more alive.

This game is not intended for perpetual gameplay though and that's good.
