I like Drowners

Hi! I like Drowners.

I played the game since the Witcher 1 and even though some of them have killed me, I just like drowners and I like to remember how they were small and kinda clumsy, they are in a special place in my memories of the game I think for being one of the first monsters I got in contact with.

I would like to know if drowners will recive any love in the Witcher 3. Not spoilers just if they are not going to be the first monsters just to kill in the begining. I'd love to see a drowner being born, and different types of them.

(I remember seing a corpse next to where Sabrina Glevissig was executed in the Witcher 2 that seemed like a midst transformation body on the shore.)

Some would say that's off-topic. This is a Drowner thread after all.

I see no reason why Drowners wouldn't get any love in The Witcher 3, they were the first monster we encountered in The Witcher 2. Though I doubt that we will see Drowner females or the likes, perhaps some of the monster lore we read (or not) in The Witcher 3 will have a more expansive history on them.

I can personally guarantee there is an entire subplot about these fucking things living off the coast just planning to colonize the main land. Geralt will have to work with a marine biologist to reason with them that their own native habitat is better, or else the Drowners will team up with Nilfgaard against the Northern kingdoms!
