I need help with all the crashes
Hi guys, I post this here because I already submited 3 tickets to the technical support and I got no response yet.
I've been having crashes every 5-15 minutes since the game got released. I really wanna play the game but playing like this is very frustrating and I don't know what to do to fix it anymore. Here are some of the things I tried:
- I tried to change the display mode. I tried all 3 modes.
- I changed the maximum FPS to unlimited.
- I tried to play with all the graphic options on low.
- I tried VSync on and off.
- I unplugged my second monitor.
- I updated my drivers and also tried old versions. Both by doing clean installations.
- I uninstalled GeForce experience and disabled the NVidia streaming service.
- I checked for GOG Galaxy interference as it says on the GOG support page.
- I downclocked my GPU.
- I changed the power management in NVidia control panel to Maximum performance.
- I reinstalled DirectX.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
My computer specs:
- CPU AMD OctalCore FX-8320 4GHz
- GPU NVidia GTX970 Asus
- 16GB RAM DDR3 1600
- Windows 10 (I had Windows 8.1 when I started playing The Witcher3, the change made no differece. The crashes stayed the same.)
