I don't think so.
Geralt's face is so trademarked, especially these days. ROLF

You misunderstood me... I Don't want to modify the appearance of the Geralt. I just want to change the model of the player character. Because the djinni has an option in a new creature template: Player Character

This is the point:
the d'jinni editor is one of the most complicate ever created (but I guess W2 will be even more). So giving you "help" in a forum like this it's very difficult unfortunatly. Furthermore, our D'jinni mistress, Corylea, is away now, so I'm afraid she won't be able to help you until she comes back.

But there's a great wikia resource online, the D'jinni Wiki where you find what you are looking for. Please, note that it won't be so easy. If you need further help, you can contact the administrator of D'jinni Wiki.

Apart this, there is also a mod for what you are looking for by the Ifrit Creative Group, called The Doppler's Essence. In this link, you will find a video for the gameplay too.

Bah! I try it two weeks ago (seek something on Djinni). No matter, I try to contact the administrator of the Djinni Wiki. Thank you very much to your advice, I'm grateful to you.

If you want to play as a different character you have to find and modify the default witcher template called "wiedzmin.utc". The name of the template field that is of our interest is "Appearance" and you can select whichever appearance you want. Save the template to your own adventure and now you can play as a different character. You may need to modify/add some abilities as well. For the original game I recommend using "The Doppler's Essence" mod.

Where I find this "wiedzmin.utc"? However I found the the module: !Final (I think it's mean the campaign in TW1) I see the Player Template: wiedzmin. I click the NSS button on the right, it's the wiedzmin.utc, but can't load this...

Here, I'm attaching it to this post, it's unpacked from witcher resources. You have to unzip it to your Witcher\Data folder, save it to your adventure, edit it, and remove the file from the Data folder. If you plan to change player appearance in the Witcher game, leave the file in the Data folder and edit it from Djinni.
