I purchased Cyberpunk when it first launched. After it was removed and later brought back to the store, I was asked to pay for it again, even though I never requested a refund. I have all the receipts and proof that I didn’t submit a return form when it was offered. Could you please assist with this issue? I tried with playstation and they are no help. I have recepits and etc me not filling form out for refund ...really want my refund or have the game to play
Well, I'm afraid your best chance was with Playstation, because you bought the game on the PS Store so not directly to CD Projekt Red but Sony. You can contact the support in case, but I'm not sure they will be able to help you > "Contact us" button (no dedicated category, but this one should be fine).
Something "strange" it's even if the game was no longer on the PS store, people who owned the game were able to play it, to get the updates and so on...

ok cool thanks im on a call with them now ,their so confused lol but if I bought the game and never signed the form why do I have to buy it(even if I did sign the form in 2020 the email or money I can find easy right after their form of refund info they sent, but it just leads to dead end

A the bottom right of the page, the little blue button > "contact us"
But again, I wouldn't hold to much hope, you didn't buy the game to CDPR directly.
