I really need some help about finishing the tasks in Cycle Progression....

1. I tried find help from customer support, but it tells to post thread here.
2. I watched tutorial from yutube, but the user who post the vid it does not do a step by step demostration.

I'm sort of new to the game,
But I have no problem finishing daily quests by playing rank,
Or no problem progressing journey quests by playing rank,

Here is what happened,
Take these quests in Summer Cycle for example,
please check the attached picture 1:

First task(row) in the [Easy] section:
Play 5 cards with the <Order> keyword from <Thronebreaker> or Prince of Power.
Second task(row) in the [Medium] section:
Play 10 cards with the <Summon> keyword from the <Starter Set>, <Base Set>, <Novigrad>, or <Price of Power>

So I create a <quest> related deck to finish the quests, plz check the attacked picture 2,
Which part of the cards are the ones in the picture:
Which matches the functions like
<Order> <Summon>
Also matches the filter keyword like
<Starter Set>, <Base Set>, <Novigrad>, or <Price of Power>

I played with this deck in Rank for several games,
But no progress at all....
Anyone know what's wrong with my build?

So you know what.....
The first quest in [easy] mode was finished, and be updated after 30 min......
What the hell... the delay is crazy .....
The second quest(2nd row) in [medium] mode still no progressing....

Is it just me or everyone encounter issue like this?
It really frustrate/confuse me that I can't finish the task because I used the wrong card or just laggy????

So.....
Please check the 3rd picture I just attached,
The 3rd quest in [Medium] mode was also finished, and be updated after 60 min......
Which is really frustrating because,
Each every time I try, I don't know it works or not, so I have to try it over and over.

I still don't know 2nd quest from [Medium] is not progressing
Either because I didn't use the right cards, or because the update is too slow.

All the tasks from Medium require cards from [Price of Power]
Since I can finish the 3rd one in [Medium]
Why can't I finish the 2nd one?
I'm really really confused.....

Have a look at this spreadsheet: GWENT Season Cycle bugged Quests - Google Sheets
Among others, the quest to play 10 cards with the Summon keyword from Starter, Base, Novigrad or PoP is bugged. Hope this helps to decide which quests to reroll.

OK bros,
The problem is resloved,
Actually quite simple:
All the seasonal quests has to be finished in Rank mode.
If it can be finished in training mode(some of them really do), either vs Human or AI, it is a bug,
They are not supposed to.
That's the reason why I can finish part of them in Training mode vs Human.
Which is ridiculous......

As described above, you ought to play ranked matches.
And yes, it will take time and some luck to finish off those quests.
