I walk the line - find the agent in the cinema - door locked bug - patch 1.2

I get stuck at a metal door (see screenshot), running patch 1.2. I tried to save the game, restart and see if it was better on re-load, but I still have the problem. I did speak to the two guys before entering. Any help gratefully received.

All the door are closed ?
(3 in total if i remember correctly)

There should be a way around, look for the Kabayan Foods store, should be an open path to the cinema. Check the video:
